What is Green Tea?

Green Tea is touted as one of the healthiest beverages as people have hailed the benefits of Green Tea for centuries. Green Tea comes from unoxidized leaves of the Camellia sinensis bush containing the most antioxidants and beneficial polyphenols.

There are different types of Green Tea available in the market with each one targeting various ailments.

How to make the perfect cup of Green Tea:

1. Add 1 teaspoon of loose tea leaves into one cup of already boiled water.

2. Let it brew for 2-3 minutes and strain it.

Remember: Do not boil the tea leaves in water, this will make the beverage bitter.

3. Enjoy the perfectly brewed cup of green tea with your preferred sweetener.
